You may cancel your order and receive a refund if you notify ClearBrooklane before the order is prepared. Once the order is in preparation, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.

6. Delivery

ClearBrooklane will only deliver products within 111024, Russia, and Moscow. Deliveries will be made to the address specified by you during the order process. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

In no event shall ClearBrooklane, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or services.
