'ClearBrooklane started with a singular vision: to share traditional Neapolitan pizza with Moscow. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our small pizzeria was a family endeavor that upheld centuries-old recipes.

Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and premium ingredients.

Our humble 12-seat eatery has now expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to top-notch quality and authenticity persists. Our time-tested wood-fired ovens still bake our pizzas, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we source only the best ingredients available.

Presently, 'ClearBrooklane' is still under the ownership and management of the Bianchi descendants, with the second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. Despite modern culinary innovations, our core objective remains unchanged: to serve delectable, genuine pizza that connects people.
